Don't expect a high-pressure sales pitch on our initial call...OR EVER! We will just be discussing your situation. It's like a fact-finding conversation. It's your chance to tell us your story. We'll discuss the particulars of the home, why you are interested in selling it, and what your future plans are in order to assess how we may best help you.
Don't worry, we won't judge you or your situation. Everything we discuss will be confidential. We're here to help find a solution!
Once we've completed our conversation and have a better understanding of your situation, we'll determine if we are able to help. If so, the next step is scheduling an in-home meeting so we can meet you in person and walk through your home. It's not a formal inspection, we don't do those. We just want to see the condition for ourselves and get to know our client. These meetings usually only last about an hour or so.
